This Pandora is different. It is not a stand alone store which I was expecting. It is a very small counter inside Macys. Selection is very slim. They usually only have 1 of each charm. I had a little trouble adding my purchase points to my Pandora account. I was asked for my Macy's phone number verses my email address that Pandora uses to track my purchases.
