Staff is overly inattentive!!! Simply walked in to pick up my order and go about my day but it took 5 minutes to just get their attention and when i did i was slapped in the face by KARINA with mad attitude and aggression for no reason. Reevaluate your staff please.
The service is super slow and they don’t help you when you’re looking for a meaningful gift. They’re very rude and unprofessional. The sales manager Karina is especially cold and rude. I’d rather travel to a further location then deal with them.
