The sales associate Julia was absolutely amazing! She was so patient with my engraving request and incredibly helpful throughout the process. I really appreciate when staff are friendly and welcoming it makes the entire shopping experience so much better. Julia went above and beyond. I can’t rave enough about her—100/100 customer service!
