Disappointed in quality of service. I work nearby and on multiple occasions have I stopped by to inquire about specific items, services or sizing; each time staff has been curt. With the holiday season Union Square is incredibly crowded, but each time I've gone in there were only a couple other individuals in the store leaving me confused as to why they are so cold towards customers. Limited choice of local based charms but staff were nice
Beratung leider nicht sehr gut. Mir wurde ein Kette für das Handgelenk mit 15cm Länge verkauft. Das passt für ein Kind aber nicht für eine Frau. So etwas sollte die Verkäuferin wissen und darauf hinweisen. Insgesamt wirkte das Geschäft wenig einladend. Viele Ketten waren in Plastiktüten in Kisten verstaut. Wirkte wie frisch aus China importiert, was sie wahrscheinlich auch sind.
