I had a very disappointing experience at Pandora on 03/07 around 4 PM. The staff was extremely stuck up and rude. When we walked in, we were told we would be helped after they finished assisting another customer. However, after that customer was done, they immediately helped someone who had just walked in instead of us. We ended up leaving because it was clear we were being ignored. Came in to do an online return and one of the associates immediately started saying my items "arent real", repeatedly. She then started talking to another associate in another language presumably about me.. right in my face. i pulled up my receipt and she turned around and left. They also didn't process my return, huge waste of time(just told me to ship it back after verifying they were in fact real). Not sure what her issue was but it was weird and shady
