Limited choice of local based charms but staff were nice
Beratung leider nicht sehr gut. Mir wurde ein Kette für das Handgelenk mit 15cm Länge verkauft. Das passt für ein Kind aber nicht für eine Frau. So etwas sollte die Verkäuferin wissen und darauf hinweisen. Insgesamt wirkte das Geschäft wenig einladend. Viele Ketten waren in Plastiktüten in Kisten verstaut. Wirkte wie frisch aus China importiert, was sie wahrscheinlich auch sind.
I had a great experience at the Pandora store in Emeryville! I originally went in to take advantage of their Black Friday sale and ended up getting a total of three rings. Andrea helped me during my first visit—she was patient, friendly, and really made the experience enjoyable. I walked out and came back a couple of minutes later to grab another ring as a birthday gift. It’s a very nice store, sales executive was very good and kind. They have San Francisco charms too which are not available any where else.
