I recently visited Pandora and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. While I understand it was a busy time, the level of service I received was unacceptable. Despite the high volume of customers, the manager was seen on their phone instead of assisting with the busy flow, leaving the staff to struggle. I had such a great experience at Pandora this afternoon thanks to Monica! She was incredibly friendly, patient, and attentive throughout my visit. Monica took the time to explain the different styles and helped me find exactly what I was looking for, all with a warm smile and zero pressure. I have been seeing this ring for months on the website but didn't know my ring size I finally get a chance to go in and get sized the girl who was helping me was so nice until her manager I guess swooped in and took over I didn't like that the young girl knew what she was doing and this manger just comes and takes the sale I didn't buy anything but still
