The customer service made the whole experience bad. We entered and no one greeted us or looked at us. We waited for 15 minutes until we went up to someone to help us with an exchange. Once the employee started, he said that he couldn’t exchange because it was scratched. This was a gift and wasn’t worn before, but it was too big. went in this morning to return a ring, very poor quality for the gold plated only wore it once and it looked like the gold was chipping off already… went to return it since i bought it 2 days ago and the girl tried to say she could not accept damaged jewelry like if i wore it one damn time and it was damaged then theres a problem with your quality!

I truly hate to be this person, but I’ve been sitting with this for a week and am still very unhappy with my experience at the Pandora Fashion Valley location. To start, the woman at the door was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made me excited to shop.
