went in this morning to return a ring, very poor quality for the gold plated only wore it once and it looked like the gold was chipping off already… went to return it since i bought it 2 days ago and the girl tried to say she could not accept damaged jewelry like if i wore it one damn time and it was damaged then theres a problem with your quality!

I truly hate to be this person, but I’ve been sitting with this for a week and am still very unhappy with my experience at the Pandora Fashion Valley location. To start, the woman at the door was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made me excited to shop. Came in to pick up an online order immediately when i walked in I wasnt greeted and the the guy worker moved the jewelry out the way as if i was foing to steal. I was standing at the front counter being helped the other worker let another another customer pretty much cut in front of me to help another customer who was behind me.
