Lying staff? I had one bracelet and charm to return,but I was busy on that day so I had my sister to help me out. When she went there, she was told ONLY the person who purchased the order could make the return! And they said they need my physical ID and physical credit card used on top of the receipt. So next day I went to Time square store, luckily it was the store manger taking care of my return, and I needed to show only the receipt.
