I visited the store to get a gift and during the packaging, the staff were lovely enough to let me take pictures of the store! Hopefully it can help people wanting to know what the inside looks like.
I had never had any problems before when taking my necklaces, rings, earrings, and bracelets in to be polished. Today, the girl left everything in worse condition; they looked almost rusted. It was truly unpleasant. I told her that I certainly hadn't brought the items in in that state. The whole experience was horrible, especially since I bring them in to be polished every so often specifically to keep them shiny and in good condition.
For someone who is always shopping at different Pandora stores, I have to acknowledge that this location is very welcoming and by far the best one. Staff were extremely pleasant, respectful, and knowledgeable. Sheila answered all of my questions and was able to help me with my purchase. I highly recommend this location.
