I had never had any problems before when taking my necklaces, rings, earrings, and bracelets in to be polished. Today, the girl left everything in worse condition; they looked almost rusted. It was truly unpleasant. I told her that I certainly hadn't brought the items in in that state. The whole experience was horrible, especially since I bring them in to be polished every so often specifically to keep them shiny and in good condition.
For someone who is always shopping at different Pandora stores, I have to acknowledge that this location is very welcoming and by far the best one. Staff were extremely pleasant, respectful, and knowledgeable. Sheila answered all of my questions and was able to help me with my purchase. I highly recommend this location.

The women who work here are very nice but rush the experience a lot. I was looking at engravings and could tell the saleswoman wanted me to hurry up and kept asking if I saw something I liked when I barely looked at it. Then when the engraving started, I just wanted to look around at what they offered. Before I could confirm what I wanted on the pendant, she put it in the system so now I'm left with something I don't want.
