I went to Pandora yesterday and had an amazing experience thanks to the assistant manager Luis. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful—not just with me, but also with my mom. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel rushed. They never answer the phone! Doesn't matter when you call, they just don't answer.
Went to this place for the second time to get my engagement ring polished. My first time was done by a girl which she did a great job. This ring looked shiny and clean. This time around it was done by a guy. The ring wasn’t even shiny. On top of that my finger was getting itchy, swollen, and red. I don’t think this employee used the correct solution to polish the ring. Till this day my ring finger is being affected by whatever chemical he used. Very upset. Never going back there again.
