Horrible Experience!! I bought $350 worth of 2 rings and I got the wrong size for one so I go to exchange it 4 days later and they tell me it’s not gonna be possible because it “ used “ I bought it 4 days and haven’t used it!! This is ridiculous and I also paid guarantee extra 20 dollars each to be ABLE to return it if anything and they did not allow me. The manager named Elizabeth horrible customer service did not offer to help me and just dismissed me.
