Yesterday, March 8, 2025, my boyfriend went to the store to buy a gift for me and his mother, he was with a friend. They went to enter the store and already at the door they asked them to leave in case they thought he was going to do what to do they were discriminated against I always liked the jewelry but after that I don't want anything from the brand
I went today to get the custom engraving on a tag for my boyfriend. It literally took a hour for that simple thing also had to wait in the line outside. They didn’t have silver which i wanted to I just went for gold even though it’s way more expensive. Then tell me why when i see the final result it had a big scratch on it.. El día de hoy visite la tienda y me atendió Maria, una excelente trabajadora. Maria fue muy amable y paciente. Le comente a Maria que había tenido problemas con el personal en otra tienda de Pandora para cambiar la talla de un anillo y que mi experiencia había sido pésima ya que no me supieron darme una solución. I had so much fun shopping at this store today, as I was helped by the incredible Naim. H. He was super friendly and patient, and he was a joy to deal with. It’s people like Naim behind the counter, who make you want to go out of your way to shop at a store again. I hope management appreciates the gem that he is.
