This company provides a very bad service! I bought this item for my wife and after the year it burst and I went to look for a possible repair and her answer was negative since it was a set they couldn't do anything to help me now my wife and I were left with a broken item at home! Thank you, great company!
Terrible service. We drove all the way from Texas and were exhausted from our road trip. We were hoping to pick up a birthday gift for our daughter, but the sales associate asked us to wait and then proceeded to attend to personal matters, completely ignoring us. The level of service was extremely unprofessional and disappointing.
