Terrible customer service! I was excited to get my first pandora bracelet there today. My brother and I first had to wait in line for 15 min before coming in which was understandable considering it was a bit crowded. However, when we enter the store, store associates acted like I was invisible. We were waiting in front of their table with 2-3 workers right in front of us for nearly 10 minutes and not a single person look up to acknowledge our presence let alone offer assistance.
