Laura was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked into Pandora, she was so welcoming and helpful. She really took the time to listen to what I was looking for, and somehow knew exactly what I wanted even before I fully explained it. She made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free. I never felt rushed, and she gave great suggestions without being pushy.

I waited patiently in line and, once inside the store, was assisted by an associate whose demeanor was unprofessional from the beginning. She appeared careless and did not take the time to ask basic questions, such as whether I was shopping for myself or for someone else. When I mentioned that I was unsure of my ring size, she responded abruptly by stating, “I still would like to know the size,” which came across as rude and dismissive.
