Worse service! These girls need to take customer care training ASAP!! My daughter and I went to this store; I wanted to have my jewelry cleaned and my daughter wanted to buy a ring. The saleswoman told us to go to the Pandora at Macy's for the cleaning and the purchase because, supposedly, Macy's had better offers. We went to Macy's, got the jewelry cleaned, and were treated very kindly there, but the Pandora at Macy's didn't have the ring my daughter wanted. Worse service! These girls need to take customer care training ASAP!!
I should’ve known the second I was told to go to Macy’s and that they have “more stuff there and more discounts” that these girls were going to waste my time. We had to make the line bc we needed to use the Pandora card and the first girl didn’t tell us that Macy’s they don’t take Pandora card. We go back because we needed to use it and the second girl told us it wasn’t there so we had to order it online. First let me say that this review is not specifically about this location, but about the company in general, and their false advertising. My home girl sent me this message via fb on mom's day, about a contest that Pandora Jewelry was doing. (See images) I'm thinking that this is a reputable company, so I click the page, and enter, to possibly win 8k.
