Very excellent customer service yet again. Ask for Marielys, she’s the best sales representative in this Pandora location. Marielys is very friendly and welcoming to all costumers. She’s very patient and never has an issue or attitude when servicing you.
A little courtesy in customer service can make all the difference. I stood waiting patiently in the store, only to be overlooked while someone who arrived after me was assisted first. Implementing a numbering system or improving management could go a long way in creating a more respectful and efficient experience. I ultimately chose to leave and will take my business to another Pandora location. Everyone’s time is valuable, and it deserves to be treated as such.
This store definitely is racist, gave me a snotty looked when I walked in, no one greeted me except the manager who barely wanted to. Store associate was very lazy and barely wanted to help me. Simply told me she wasn’t able to do anything with my concerns. Went to another store who was able to help me and was kind on top of that. Took my money elsewhere. Dont be mad at me because you don’t like your job, it’s a ghost town, and no one shops here unless it’s the holiday season, or special occasion. Do better
