Cynthia was horrible. Totally ignored me and my wife after waiting for her assistance for 20 plus minutes. She's completely rude and should not be working retail.
Listen. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT go to this location. Either go to Jared’s down the block or go to Nashville. I went to this location and was told I couldn’t look at charms because she thought I was going to steal and tried to pass it off as “Policy”. I have NEVER had that experience in Pandora and I was just in the Pandora location in Barcelona, Spain and spent over $500 and was not treated like that. Customer service is HORRENDOUS at this location and they should close it. 🤷♀️
