This location allows people to use STOLEN credit card information to make transactions online and they blame it on the bank, even though they should be checking ID and verifying that the person is authorized to use the credit card. Im guessing they allow it because they work for commission. Shady. I've reported them to the authorities.
I had an amazing experience at Pandora thanks to what I believe was the store manager, Drew. He truly went above and beyond to make sure we left completely satisfied. His kindness, patience, and genuine care stood out — you can tell he truly loves helping people. Customer service was honestly 11/10. Experiences like this are rare and so appreciated. Highly recommend this location!
