Drew is so professional, helpful and really made sure that my daughter was getting the exact necklace and bracelet that my daughter wants for her birthday. He remembered details from one of our prior visits so returning to purchase them for her birthday was so easy! I really appreciate his leadership and all of the staff for being so amazing!
Excellent customer service! Was very helpful and even took time out to clean my bracelet.
Came in to purchase a birthday present. There were at least 3 employees working and only 1 other customer in the store, yet I was not greeted and it took about 5 minutes for anyone to ask if I needed assistance. Someone entering after me was greeted immediately.
Went to get my bracelet cleaned and Drew was so nice and friendly!!
