I am beyond disappointed at Pandora. I have spend hundreds of dollars on this company. I went to this location because one of my charms broke. They wouldn't do anything! Not replace, fix, or give me store credit. I am not going to buy anything else from Pandora. Don't waste your money on overpriced costume jewelry.
I am very disappointed. I love this location! Maha makes it such an incredible experience!! A month ago I got a new charm and it broke. I do not wear it in the shower or bed, and still they cannot even give a 10% discount for a new one. I love these charms, and am I willing to spend the $45-$80, but not if they are going to break in a month. Thank you Maha, but Pandora Id love some help.

I had horrible experience today at this Pandora location when I went to return a necklace that I purchased yesterday at Somerset location. I didn’t get the employee’s name, but she shouldn’t be put in front of customers. She insisted that the necklace was worn, even though I didn’t take it out of the package and purchased it less than 24 hours prior. Horrible costumer service. I was asking a genuine question about getting my bracelet size exchanged. I got a free bracelet at Great Lakes crossing pandora for my purchase but they didn’t have my size so they told me that I could get a size exchange at any other pandora, and so I called this pandora just so I didn’t drive in vain and they didn’t even try to help me.
