10/10 experience! Even though there were so many people in the store when we arrived Roselyn was amazing. We knew not much of what we were actually looking for but she was so patient and helpful showing us everything we wanted to look at and some of her favorites. Her professionalism, knowledge and awesome customer service helped us pick out the perfect set! What’s a shopping experience without a few jokes and laughs. Thanks again Roselyn we will be back :-)

I walked into the store and was greeted by Randy. She was amazing right from the start. I had a ring that needed repair. After explaining the process Randy and another associate named Crystal explained that my query could be handled by one of their phone reps. I then spoke to Carlos who went ABOVE and BEYOND. Needless to say that these three associates made my day by handling my matter with courtesy, professionalism, and patience. I cannot say enough about my this store or their employees.
