rude customer service. very unprofessional, will not be coming back to this location.
Wanted to like this place but the poor customer service and inconsistent answers from management ruined the experience.
First and foremost, I always tend to purchase jewelry at this location, specifically charms since I usually gift those to my friends and family. Their employees are typically very attentive and knowledgeable about what I should buy. One worker in particular that has always stood out to me was Kameron Miles, she is extremely intuitive and charismatic, and she makes buying products a breeze. I would highly recommend her services if you need assistance selecting an item.
