great store and great staff especially on the chaos of Mother’s day! went to the store and saw it was closed but read the sign on the door stating temp location between Windsor and Lane Bryant just around the corner! Super convenient! They were out of the item i was generally looking for but the amazing associate showed me the engraving table and made it even more special for my mom and sister! will definitely be back!
So its Mother's Day. I placed an order for pickup online for my gift for mother's day. On the website it states that if you place an order online, it will be ready for pickup in usually 2 business HOURS. Great, right!!?? I purchased a bracelet from Pandora that came with a charm, and unfortunately, about five days after my purchase, it kept unclasping and falling off my wrist. When I took it back to the store for a simple exchange, I was informed that I couldn't do so because I didn't have insurance on it and it was broken.
