Kam and Randi at the cedarhill location were just phenomenal today. I was greeted when I walked in. I went to get my jewelry cleaned and it only took 7 minutes. While I was there they suggested somethings for my bracelet. I had a terrible experience at the Galleria location, those ladies were not very nice and I completely stopped wearing my bracelet and haven’t purchased anymore charms because of my interaction with them, but kam and Randi changed that and I walked out a happy customer and wearing my charm bracelet .
