Horrible staff! SUPER rude especially the older lady who works in there , asked to clean my jewelry gave me a half ass clean and on top of that her attitude was really yucky !
The customer service here is terrible. I forgot her name but the sales lead of this store is so unhelpful and couldn’t care less about helping us replace a charm that has broken twice. Very condescending and will never recommended going to this location.
Great service but expensive
Kristen was extremely nice and polite, first time having an item engraved and she made the experience go as smoothly as possible
