All these reviews are spot on. AWFUL customer service. Two unpleasant experiences with the same sales manager, Julian. Was checking out and told me she was going to “make me” sign up for the rewards program. Didn’t even crack a fake smile actually looked like she hated her life. So bland and not personable at all.
I went into the store today to get my ring size and I asked the person at the counter to help me. She sized me first at an 11 which fit but then said I should buy a 12 “just in case”. I asked her to show me the size 12s and she told me to be aware that “there would be limited options because most styles don’t come this big”. As a plus sized person I felt embarrassed and unwelcome at this store and will not be spending money or shopping here again.
After a while the color on the bracelet starts to fade and they wouldn’t clean it after I spent all that $$$
poor customer service, very rude.
