I stopped into the store today to find a bracelet or necklace for a few charms my husband gifted to me for our wedding. Kristen met me near the front and greeted me kindly. We looked through many bracelet options and sizes and she took the time to get to know a little bit more about me to make sure I was making the best decision for my lifestyle and preferences. Had a great experience at this location with Carol and Mari! They were both very kind and friendly. They very helpful with an exchange as well as picking out new jewelry I will wear and love every day. I will be back for more cool pieces and charms!
Placed an online order for 2 bracelets, I made the mistake of ordering the incorrect sizes. Asked if they had the correct sizes available & the sales lead assisting me said they had the sizes needed but “couldn’t locate them”. The sales associate was very rude & had a poor attitude. It should be an enjoyable experience to purchase jewelry. I left the store without purchasing, I will spend my money elsewhere.
I have had the WORST experience with the store manager MULTIPLE times. I had noticed a stone missing in my promise ring that was less then a year old i went in to get it fixed/replaced and the manager told me “maybe the stone wouldn’t have gone missing if you took care of it” i then get the extended warranty because if it happened once it might happen again she then goes AGAIN “it won’t happen if you take care of it” fast forward 2 weeks i slammed my hand in a car door and the main stone bent i went back in and she once agai... read more
