The customer service here is terrible. I forgot her name but the sales lead of this store is so unhelpful and couldn’t care less about helping us replace a charm that has broken twice. Very condescending and will never recommended going to this location.
Great service but expensive
Kristen was extremely nice and polite, first time having an item engraved and she made the experience go as smoothly as possible
I stopped into the store today to find a bracelet or necklace for a few charms my husband gifted to me for our wedding. Kristen met me near the front and greeted me kindly. We looked through many bracelet options and sizes and she took the time to get to know a little bit more about me to make sure I was making the best decision for my lifestyle and preferences.
