I forgot get her name, but I came here for ring sizing. The girl was very personable and helpful. She even pulled out 5 and 6 sizes to help me find the correct one. I think she was hispanic and short with long black hair. Loved her!

I recently purchased a pair of earrings on February 26, 2025, one had a faulty clasp. When I returned them today (March 3, 2025), the manager at gave me a hard time despite the defect being clearly visible.
