The salesperson was polite and helpful. I was able to find what I was looking for and was out of the store in 10mins.
I went into the store today and the young lady was rude and had an attitude. I came in 20 minutes before closing but I didn’t take up a lot of time and my transactions were brief (an exchange and purchase). She put my charm in and did not secure my bracelet and when my charms and balls fell from my bracelet she just stood there and when I finally retrieved my charms and balls she had me do it myself… When I put my own charms and bracelet back together and paid, she went to the door and held it open to rush me to leave.
