I went to purchase my bracelet and my friend bought me a charm. The First Lady to help me was pretty nice, and everything went smoothly. I had a terrible experience at Pandora that completely ruined my engagement. My fiancé came in to buy a ring and asked Erika for a size 8. Instead, she gave him a size 6, which was too small for my finger. Mistakes happen, but what made this a 0 out of 5 stars was the in store experience. As much as a long line it was just a day before Christmas it was worth the wait! Staff was extremely busy but Erika was nice enough to let me explore the store as she was finishing up with another customer it was my turn & at first I didn’t know what I was looking for until Erika asked me few questions & with the knowledge as well with her patience she had she managed to pull off an amazing bracelet for my sisters Christmas gift. was the 1hr wait worth it..? Bought a bracelet for my wife that was the wrong size. Went to exchange and the incompetency of the employees was unbelievable. It took almost 2 hours and ended up just returning it because they were so frustratingly slow. They didn’t refund me for the pendant that opens the bracelet because I had opened the box.. insane.
