As much as a long line it was just a day before Christmas it was worth the wait! Staff was extremely busy but Erika was nice enough to let me explore the store as she was finishing up with another customer it was my turn & at first I didn’t know what I was looking for until Erika asked me few questions & with the knowledge as well with her patience she had she managed to pull off an amazing bracelet for my sisters Christmas gift. was the 1hr wait worth it..? Yes it was Thank you Erika & the staff!
Bought a bracelet for my wife that was the wrong size. Went to exchange and the incompetency of the employees was unbelievable. It took almost 2 hours and ended up just returning it because they were so frustratingly slow. They didn’t refund me for the pendant that opens the bracelet because I had opened the box.. insane.
My partner bought me a ring that unfortunately didn’t fit. We came back with the receipt, the original packaging, and it had only been a week since the purchase. When we arrived, three employees were talking — one had just finished a sale and said “good sale” to another. I was assisted by the newer associate. I love Pandora, however the service is terrible even if you go and there are no other customers. It's a shame, there used to be a lovely girl but she's not there anymore. Adding to that, lately the store looks very dirty!
Today I had the worse experience at this store. I usually shop at this store and always get a great service from Erika. She is a wonderful employee and a great sales person. Today I walked in a felt completely ignored by the two ladies who were there. I was waiting and two people came after me and the two ladies started helping them. I just stood there completely ignored. I just got out and left. Will just order my charms online.
