Great service, very professional and patient. The whole team there has always been very friendly. At no point did I feel rushed or judged in my charm selection but was very informational with how to properly care for the jewelry and any concerns that came up was met with a clear understanding and helpful tools that, honestly, didn’t really add that much. I’ve drove to this location after work twice in the last month. Google says they are open till 8pm the days I have gone. Both times I got there were 630-645 and they are closed. Save some time and go elsewhere. Store owner needs to take other people’s time into consideration, and change your hours of operation to the actual time you are open for business. Horrible phone experience, the guy I spoke to said he was too busy to help me with an exchange question. The item I purchased broke, no fault of my own. He hung up on me mid sentence, awful customer service at this location
