Horrible phone experience, the guy I spoke to said he was too busy to help me with an exchange question. The item I purchased broke, no fault of my own. He hung up on me mid sentence, awful customer service at this location
The lady wearing the hijab is the ONLY helpful worker here. She is kind and personable. The others are not. They barely offer to help and one of them skipped me and helped someone else who arrived after me when I was there for my pick-up order. Also 2 workers is not enough during Christmas time. I watched more than 1 person leave because they were tired of waiting. Not a fan of Pandora.
Store’s customer service is rude and ignorant, bought a jewelry with the protection ,but never did anything to fix it. I’d not recommend buy anything from here, at least from this location
Very helpful, I was in and out quickly and it was Christmas shopping so that was impressive!
