I loved my experience, I went in to add a additional charm to my bracelet and I told Alexis that I was making my charm about my grandfather and she understood everything I was saying. She recommended me so many beautiful charms which I will be back to get and I’m just so happy and honestly I want to cry because all of those recommendations were just so beautiful and I’m just so happy. I love it! She also educated me really well on everything about the jewelry. Thank you so much Ms. Alexis. 💜💜💜💜💜💜

Store had two customers browsing and three employees. I walked in with my two children to pick out Mother’s Day presents for my wife. Once we walked in we were immediately turned away by the rep at the door and told sternly to exit. She stated I would need to give my information and be placed on a waiting list to enter. She was speaking with a customer at that time and I assumed a purchase was being finalized. I was in retail sales for over 15 years at a car dealership and did very well. I had a terrible experience at this store. I waited 10-15 minutes in line, which I didn’t mind. Once I was inside, I chose the item I wanted. I tried to alert a few employees, but they just gave me a vague “I’ll be right with you” and then proceeded to serve another customer who had just entered the store. I ended up waiting 15-20 minutes in the store, or even longer, depending on who was on the list and who was helping me. I was already on the list when I entered the store, but it seemed like they didn’t care.
