I stopped in to see what different charms they had from where I was from and ended up purchasing my mother a piece. The workers that day were so knowledgable and never once complained while searching for charms for my mother’s bracelet.
It's all over the internet and Pandora review site -- don't buy the turquoise charm clip lock, it falls right off. Pandora's customer service is rated 1/5, it's a game-changer for long-time customers. Most reviewers didn't expect any recourse, unfortunately.
Went in today to check on a necklace and earrings for everyday wear to go with my bridal set and also birthstone jewelry. The lady working was super sweet and helpful. Not a big selection but they had some nice pieces at affordable prices.
