Free cleaning but only if the person working feels like it can't get stuff cleaned on the weekends can't get things cleaned on Monday and it depends on what time it is on the rest of the days
I have visited the OKC Pandora location at the mall on three separate occasions. Each visit was with the intention of having my bracelets and charms cleaned and polished. On two of these occasions, the cleaning equipment was reportedly out of order. During my most recent visit today, I was informed that cleaning and polishing services are not available on weekends. Given that I reside an hour and a half away, this situation is quite inconvenient and has resulted in my dissatisfaction.
Rachel Mobley was awesome! She helped my fiance and I find the perfect rings and was great at finding the perfect style for us, not to mention they had the most unique jewelry of anywhere we've been to. Highly recommend!

I just went to Pandora at Penn Square Mall and had the best experience. Jacob had excellent customer service skills. He was very resourceful, patient and informative. I will be recommending this store because of him. Thank you Jacob!
