4⭐️ because : Last weekend I went to look for a jewelry set that I had found on the Pandora website. The gentleman working there was very helpful and polite, even though the jewelry wasn't available in that store. However, his colleague ignored customers, not even responding to greetings, preferring to stand and look at her phone (such people shouldn't work with customers at all if they are constantly unhappy and dismissive). young Latino lady

went to purchase a necklace and have it engraved and the customer service was great! they were very busy but at least acknowledged us and the lady who helped us, i forgot her name but it starts with a K, was so kind and very helpful. This was back in November but the necklace has held up well and id for sure go back!

I went into the Pandora store to have my ring cleaned. I understand that this service can be delayed if the store is busy; however, there were only about three groups of customers in the store, and the associate who helped me was not assisting anyone at the time. I was asked to come back later, which felt inconsistent with my past experiences at other Pandora locations. Yesterday was my first time going into a Pandora. I did receive great customer service. My butterfly earrings were displayed in a richer blue. Then the ones that they gave me. The associate never presented them to me . She just boxed them up at the end of my purchase. The store was very busy. I did notice that most of the items were taken from a different area away from the original trinket and from bags. They are very expensive trinkets. I would never purchase at full price.
