The gentleman working there was very helpful and polite, even though the jewelry wasn't available in that store. However, his colleague ignored customers, not even responding to greetings, preferring to stand and look at her phone (such people shouldn't work with customers at all if they are constantly unhappy and dismissive). young Latino lady
