went in and purchased two rings the associate, Shelby, was very helpful and kind. previously i went to this location and had horrible service from a different associate, however when i went today i was able to speak to the manager and the associate who both seemed genuinely apologetic. Shelby was very kind and i look forward to returning.
young girl with face piercings( 1211551 is her employee # on my receipt) acted like i was bothering her the whole time and couldn’t get her nose out of her phone edit: tried calling the number they commented and i don’t even think it’s a real number everytime i call it doesn’t even ring
I don't know why the girl in her mid twenties with the face piercings was short and bothered with me. It was my 1st time in a pandora I'm 39yo I' am glad she did show me a bracelet but only one I knew I should not ask to see a second one. I found out what size I should order online because there is no way I was going to purchase from her. The older woman with gray hair was so welcoming. Staff was wonderful. Took my daughter as she wanted to buy some early Christmas presents for mom. They allowed us to take pictures of the items we were interested in. I stepped out of the store so she could purchase them. They helped her the entire time. Treated us both wonderfully. Can not thank this staff enough. Side note: my daughter has high functioning autism so this was a big step for her.
