Employee named Julian messed up my engraved bracelet charm. I had wanted my engraving a specific size and he told me that it looks better when it’s at max font size because it’s hard to see if it’s any smaller. The iPad didn’t show any cutoffs so i didn’t think it’d look bad. I agreed, trusting the employee, and my text cut off because it was too big. This store is pathetically mismanaged, no separate queue for pickup orders?
One of the sales associate or maybe she could be a manager was super rude and harsh to the customers, I was observing her yelling and being argumentative to other customers instead of being helpful and finding resolution. I think I heard someone called her name Abby. I went there today and the customer service is horrible and the lady was acting like we are a burden when we go inside the store. I’ve been to several pandora locations and by far had the best experience at the one in Del Amo. All of the sales associates are friendly and helpful but especially the assistant manager Abby. She is seriously the best sales person I’ve encountered. So patient and helpful and does not make people feel like a burden. I would highly recommend going to this location for jewelry needs.
