I will never shop at this location again. I got a bracelet for Christmas. When I opened the box I saw that the clasp (a heart) was different than my one other bracelet. Both sides of the bracelet came off. I thought that was weird so I took it back. The employee basically blamed me for this. She said they “quality control” before giving the bracelets. Their customer service is TRASHHHH. me and my homegirl went to to try and purchase some rings really quick and they were busy but nobody told us something like "oh we'll be with u in a moment" mind you we waited about 20 min for someone to help us and NOBODY came and funny part is they had the energy to say bye. The service left a bad taste in my mouth for sure 🤢🤮
i will unfortunately give this store at this mall a one star. The employees were very rude. I was talking to one sales staff about an issue that i had about a bracelet that i had purchased and all the staff members basically ganged up on me. This store is full of mean girls. The energy was not welcoming at all. I will 100% not be returning back to this store at torrence. I rather drive an extra 20 min and go somewhere else than to give this store my money.
Tonight I went to pick up an order and I had been standing waiting for them to help me since 7:40 while there is a sign at the door saying order pick up here but still they had me on a waitlist and I get it they’re busy inside, but what’s the point of having a designated area for order to pick up if you’re gonna have people stand in line and wait on a waitlist for over 20 minutes when they’re not even trying to shop for something else they’re just trying to pick up their order so I decided to leave go to Macy’s to make a ret... read more
