i will unfortunately give this store at this mall a one star. The employees were very rude. I was talking to one sales staff about an issue that i had about a bracelet that i had purchased and all the staff members basically ganged up on me. This store is full of mean girls. The energy was not welcoming at all. I will 100% not be returning back to this store at torrence. I rather drive an extra 20 min and go somewhere else than to give this store my money.

Tonight I went to pick up an order and I had been standing waiting for them to help me since 7:40 while there is a sign at the door saying order pick up here but still they had me on a waitlist and I get it they’re busy inside, but what’s the point of having a designated area for order to pick up if you’re gonna have people stand in line and wait on a waitlist for over 20 minutes when they’re not even trying to shop for something else they’re just trying to pick up their order so I decided to leave go to Macy’s to make a ret... read more

Dear Pandora Customer Service, My mother and I have always loved Pandora and its elegant jewelry. On October 9, 2025, around 7:00 PM, we visited one of your stores after noticing a “Buy 2, Get 1 Free” promotion while passing by. There are 2 Pandora locations in Del Am shopping center! I went to both looking to add a couple of jewelry items! At both locations, the reps were pleasant however I received extra great and patient service from the sales representative I believe her name is Abigail (?) at the location located in Macy’s. Definitely swing by the Macy location in they had more items in their inventory! Highly recommend!!!
