The employees are REALLY rude. I went in there, and felt like i wasn’t welcomed. They’ll look at you up and down and ignore you especially when you’re a teenager. Worst employees ever.
Great experience and I wish I could remember the girls name but she was amazing! My mom and I are goofy particular shoppers especially with jewelry and she showed us row after row of options to help me complete my ring stack. My mom didn’t find anything but she’s a long time shopper. Thanks for keeping our mother/daughter shopping day fun!
The gentleman that worked with me went above and beyond to help me. And.all the staff were amazing
I went in to do a warranty on my ring. I wasn’t greeted upon my entry into the store. Once I was assisted they didn’t even look at my ring. They have a 1 year warranty and claimed it was normal wear and tear without looking and I asked them to look and same answer but followed with “you can call customer care” which I did and they sent me the warranty no problem. The staff has been awful every time I’ve came in which is disappointing because I really wanted to buy a cute bracelet! I came in once and they looked super busy so I decided to go in another day when is was empty and the staff was still so unhelpful and rude. Won’t be buying anything there.
