Unfortunately very rude workers we just went this week. We were told to come back for a ring cleaning in one hour because they said they were busy….. we got back in just over a hour as we waited outside the door and when we returned they said they could not clean the ring as they were busy yet 4 worlds and only 4 people in the store total only 2 of them shopping the other 2 were waiting. I had called because I needed help remembering my fiancés ring size. Alexis answered and made it so easy by looking up my account and going through my purchases to help me find it. Then I wanted to know if they had a ring in stock in the size I needed but I couldn’t remember the name, so Alexis went and looked for the ring I described and was able to find it! Will not be returning. I was helped by a young lady. Customer service & friendliness needs improvement. I was made to feel as an inconvenience, wasn’t even handed my purchase. She left it on the counter, I had to ask if that was mine to grab. She walked away. The most unpleasant visit at this location.
