My husband has bought me many many pieces of jewelry from this location. This past Christmas he brought 4 items from Pandora unfortunately the design of the bracelet makes it impossible for me to put on my wrist. After reviewing the return policy I noticed the item should have been returned in 30 days but was hoping for an exchange for another item(s) or even a store credit. My husband and I have spent a good amount of money at Pandora. We went in to purchase a charm for my mother in law’s bracelet. We were told there were 5 people ahead of us and we said that was fine and we put our name on the list. We were going to look around to see which charm we wanted and were told that we had to wait outside the store and were not allowed to browse.
