Terrible communication. Didn't order when they said they did. If you have to get something from here go online as they have true shipping updates not guesses.
Went looking to purchase a safety chain for my wife's bracelet. Delilah was wonderful and very helpful. She helped us with a bracelet swap and upgrade, along with two other charms. She went above and beyond to help us on this date. This type of service will make us travel back to this store, just to get more charms and up grades. Thanks, Delilah.
Chase was a great help to me on the phone!!! I was trying to do some shopping for Christmas and went into the Castleton location in person to purchase. The associate there was no help and told me they couldn't view other stores' inventory to direct me to the 3 items I wanted to purchase. That was a lie, because Chase let me know what stores had what I was wanting to buy. One of them was his store, so I did an online order and drove to Ft. Grandson wanted to purchase 2 charms for his mother for her birthday. Sale Associate was very nice and helpful and treated my grandson very well as the customer paying for merchandise.
