Waited 25 minutes with 4 other customers just to buy a charm. Two employees were helping 2 other customers for 25 minutes. Very disappointed service.

Omg when i say Marilyn was THE BEST, she really helped me throughout my entire process getting a tennis bracelet & also a bracelet for my niece ! she was so kind & understanding . i would definitely go back to her in the future!!!!
