I placed an order online for pickup. I didn’t check the bag until I arrived at home. I opened the bag to find an empty box. Under the box was my bracelet with two charms thrown in the bottom of the bag. Why not place the bracelet and charms inside the gift box? Rude and lazy workers. The workers seemed just fine helping another customer, but seemed annoyed to help me.
Associate lead Michelle was very rude & not welcoming at all! She also ignored me when I asked her questions. I came in to switch out my defective item before the years warranty was up and she gave me such a hard time on such a easy fix. The other associates in the store were sweet but She needs a total evaluation. I will not be coming back here! It has changed completely over the last year and not in a good way!
Wanted to give update: New management in this store. Especially Leslie at this location was a darling. She got me taken care of. Very happy with the change. Closing 20 minutes early on Valentines Day for only some customers not all??? Lost revenue and looking pretty biased. I’ll be reporting your lazy store to corporate. The jewelry in there looks old and tarnished anyway. Not up to Pandora standards.
