Y’all need to properly train employees to be able to give proper details on how to go through customer service for broken out of stock charms instead of the employees repeatedly telling you “i don’t know” when you ask them if customer service can further help, that’s extremely unprofessional to not have any knowledge on something so simple ALSO the selection here sucks absolutely sucks for a small town with only one pandora they should have more of a selection.
I came in this past weekend and worked with Kileela. I wanted to rearrange the charms on my bracelets, and she took the time to help me get the cutest combination. She also cleaned my pieces. She was very kind and patient!

The reviews are real. There is no distinction between online pick up or walk in when you get to the store. Put my order in a few days ago while out of town. Came to pick it up, and Im easily in an hour line mixed with shoppers and pick up. If you spent 3 hours shopping online, you should’ve been greeted at the door with someone asking pick up or shopping?
