Horrible service . Too many workers and nobody could attend anyone knowing there’s a huge line . Would just wonder off while costumers wait 30+ minutes.
I know it’s Christmas shopping. It’s very busy but literally the house is full and I’ve been waiting for like 1515 minutes just waiting for someone to help me and I had no idea that you had a sign in and this is lady walking around but doesn’t really greet you I’m assuming she’s the main manager for the store and this is at 4:30 in the afternoon on a Tuesday and then I find out you’re supposed to sign it but now there’s five people ahead of me so how is that helping the customer? That is poor customer service at its finest

Customer service is absolutely the worst, their team seems pretty unprofessional, I would never wish it on my worst enemy to be sentenced to shopping at this location for gifts. Take your talents to another jewelry store, please don’t waste your time.
