Haven’t gone to this Pandora in YEARS, definitely would check out the outlets at tejon Pandora, great customer service and everyone is super patient and helpful! Got helped by an amazing worker, I am willing to make the drive out there for good service
I would honestly give zero stars. The lack of customer service. my boyfriend ordered a ring for pick up the night before and when we went to pick it up the next day we waited almost 2 hours just to pick up a ring that wasn’t ready. All 3 girls that were working were extremely rude. Pandora should do better.

Customer service is pretty bad, employees are rude. They also work at the slowest pace possible because at the end of the day they’re paid by the hour not worrying about the customers. Wouldn’t come here again!
You would think there would be more than 2 associates, sometimes even 1 for about 15minutes, working during the holiday season? Wait was extremely long.
