I would honestly give zero stars. The lack of customer service. my boyfriend ordered a ring for pick up the night before and when we went to pick it up the next day we waited almost 2 hours just to pick up a ring that wasn’t ready. All 3 girls that were working were extremely rude. Pandora should do better.

Customer service is pretty bad, employees are rude. They also work at the slowest pace possible because at the end of the day they’re paid by the hour not worrying about the customers. Wouldn’t come here again!
You would think there would be more than 2 associates, sometimes even 1 for about 15minutes, working during the holiday season? Wait was extremely long.
I wouldn’t even give them one star if it was an option. I used to LOVE Pandora. I have a few beautiful items and came today to find a gift for a friend. I honestly was going to order it but decided to give this location a THIRD try. HORRIBLE STAFF! I would rather drive to the Tejon outlets or to the Santa Monica location where I am always treated with respect. It’s only this location. This staff needs training or something. It’s a shame I can’t shop at a local store because of consistent horrible customer service.
