This was my first time visiting this Pandora store. I understand that customers may need to wait for an associate before approaching the counter, and I had no problem with that. However, after a couple finished their transaction and walked away, an associate appeared to be available, so I approached the counter. I went in to exchange a ring size that was a gift and my experience was a 2/10. Every employee in there seemed as if they just started the same day. They weren’t knowledgeable on their products, they didn’t know where any other nearby pandora stores were, one even made a joke saying “oh well” while smiling and shrugging her shoulders after seeing how upset I was about my size not being in store or at any other store that I had to call myself. The business is well laid out. The employees are very professional. They know the product very well and are always very helpful. The selection is great. The prices are reasonable. This is a great place to get a gift for any occasion! I was assisted by a very nice jersey girl.I believe her name was Sharina. And the rest of the staff was willing to help alongside her as well. Such a great place!

I would love to give 0 stars. I bought my daughter a ring for her bday. She wore 1 time and stone fell out. I took to greenville store and young associate was friendly but her manager didnt even want to talk to us. Kept calling her and told her they will exchange this one and only time. Fair enough it wont happen again right? Wrong. A few days later 3 stones fell out of the new one. Her birthday was the 22nd. Today is the 31st. Worst customer service I ever experienced. After expending 300 USD I came back to the store to exchange one item for my daughter and they didn’t take me into the store. Only because I was not buying, but doing an exchange. The whole process was done outside!!! Me and my daughter were treated like garbage. And even worse, I had to ask to see the complete collection because I was only presented to the cheap stuff.
