There should be a way you can leave zero stars. My husband walked in on 2 separate occasions and never was greeted, never checked on him. He still purchased 2 bracelets and charms. Today we walked in and once again only 1 customer in the store and no one said anything. We stood for at least 5 minutes and when no one acknowledged us we left and went to Reeds. So many reviews on customer service and its 100% true. I really hope this not how Pandora treat their customers anywhere else.
I bought my granddaughter a bracelet & charm for graduation from Pandora on line. The bracelet is a new design and within the first week, the bracelet had a place that lifted as if it was separating. Evidently, it was a manufacturing flaw because the bracelet broke. My granddaughter took it to the Pandora store and they told her there was nothing they could do because she could have broken the bracelet. This bracelet was less than a month old. The only jewelry store in the mall that can't handle mother's day traffic. When you're the only place with an hour wait for pickup, you have a problem. Do better.
