Beautiful jewelry
The employees at this location(Haywood Mall) needs to work on their customer service skills. It’s horrible. On top of you can’t see every ring option, because they have it covered and locked up. Like it’s not on display.
Went in on the 22nd at 2:35. All I wanted was a simple necklace and they were out of stock so I went to the next best option and got a ring. I’m a long-time Pandora customer and regularly spend several hundred dollars—sometimes close to $500—when I visit this location, so this experience was disappointing. I came in looking for a pearl charm to place on the end of my bracelet. The associate showed me a very small pearl, which I explained was too small. She then pulled out a dog paw charm, which didn’t make sense for the style of bracelet I was wearing.
