Wish I could leave 0 stars. I walked in the store this morning at 10:10 and there were 4 associates in the store. No other customers and no line. I wanted to get my bracelet cleaned and was told to “check back” next Monday. But there are 4 of you and the mall itself was practically empty. I was told that between people being on vacation and the holiday that they were not able to manage any cleanings. But there are 4 of you and no customers at all. I’m not sure if it’s a new policy that the employees need to follow, however, I was so unsatisfied to see the fact that I need to wait outside to get into the store. It’s ridiculous. I got a pandora bracelet for Christmas and I just wanted to look at some charms. I have to wait in line to do that? After standing there for 15 minutes, I just walked away. Upon arriving to the store, we waited in line for 30 minutes just to get in. They only allowed two families in the store at a time. The person in front of me needed three things 1) to pick up her online order, 2) to get some jewelry cleaned and 3) to buy some new charms. I just needed three bracelets cleaned, and I was going to buy a new charm.
