Unfortunately, I had better hopes for this review until going to the store to try to do a warranty replacement claim. Purchased a bracelet and charms less than one month ago from the date of this post. I traveled to the store to Begin the replacement of the bracelet when working with the manager and associates they quickly let me know that they would not handle any replacements due to the fact there were no additional warranties purchased, even though this was more a manufacturer defect with the locket on the bracelet. they ... read more
