0 stars!! I purchased a ring online and it ended up being too big so I went in, well within the 30 days, to exchange for a smaller size. I was told they would not allow an exchange because the ring was “worn”. after explaining the ring had literally not left the box because it slipped right off my finger it was so big, i was then told it was a “manufacturing problem” and to take it up with corporate. There should be a way you can leave zero stars. My husband walked in on 2 separate occasions and never was greeted, never checked on him. He still purchased 2 bracelets and charms. Today we walked in and once again only 1 customer in the store and no one said anything. We stood for at least 5 minutes and when no one acknowledged us we left and went to Reeds. So many reviews on customer service and its 100% true. I really hope this not how Pandora treat their customers anywhere else.
I bought my granddaughter a bracelet & charm for graduation from Pandora on line. The bracelet is a new design and within the first week, the bracelet had a place that lifted as if it was separating. Evidently, it was a manufacturing flaw because the bracelet broke. My granddaughter took it to the Pandora store and they told her there was nothing they could do because she could have broken the bracelet. This bracelet was less than a month old.
