I had a great experience at the pandora in countryside mall. Alana assisted me in everything I needed and allowed me to try on multiple charms to see which one I liked best. She even offered to clean my bracelet for free which is probably standard but I’ve never had somebody ask me at different pandora’s. It was an overall great experience!

I just walked out of Pandora at countryside mall and received very rude customer service. I have bought many pieces of jewelry from this location. I walked in to have two rings cleaned and was told they could not clean my rings because they only clean jewelry during weekdays. I told this young girl it was a weekday and then she proceeded to tell me "Well it's a weekday going into a weekend and it was Valentine's weekend and we are too busy.
