Kat the store manager took care of me when I came in. She was very kind, helpful, and patient with me the whole time I was there. She took the time to show me everything I wanted to see and even showed me new things I hadn’t noticed originally. She is amazing and if you go to this store I hope you get a chance to be helped by her.
I went in to look at beads (solid color, circular charms) with my sister. We were looking for a minute until a worker came up and asked us what we were looking for. We told her beads. She said “What do you mean beads?” We said “The beads you guys sell for your bracelets.” She said, very aggressively “Um, so you are talking about the charms? Rosalie was absolute unbelievable ! Her personality is amazing! She was so patient with me with all my decisions ! She was so honest in telling me when I asked her how she felt with my decisions ! I ended up purchasing 3 rings and it was because of her and especially because I didn’t feel at all rushed to make a decision ! Make sure you see her when u go to the countryside store !!!
