My wife was there to buy a ring and this couple that came in after her got their jewelry cleaned and then the lady completely ignored my wife and the salesperson tried to sell them something else. The couple even told the lady she was waiting and she completely ignored her and said she can wait so she left. This was today July 16 at 7:20pm so management knows who was working the shift at a countryside mall.
I’ve had an absolutely wonderful shopping experience (twice now) with Rosalie! She is incredibly kind and thorough in her work. She helped me build an entire new bracelet, and re-organize my Disney bracelet when I purchased several new charms for it. She definitely made my shopping experience so fun, to where I came back and requested her again. I will be back! Thank you Pandora & Rosalie for such a fun and meaningful experience:)
