My husband asked to see the diamond charms and was reminded by the sales woman that most were over $300. He said he was aware of that as he’s purchased a few for me in the past. She went on to say that usually only “the rich” people visit this section. Pandora, I would advise you to revisit your customer service model with the employees of this store. Associate who helped me not knowledgeable of charms. I had a picture of charm I desired to purchase from a catalog. Never seen that one, must be last year. I made a selection and during check out process, I asked one more time. I got the answer, that charm was exclusive for Jared. My wife left the catalog open on counter. I did not know it was from Jared, I saw Pandora only. I would recommend telling customers upon arrival to sign roster. I waited in line for 10 minutes before I discovered there was a sign in sheet. Worse customers service ever. I try to buy some charms today and the unique lady there was super rude and stupid. I can't believe somebody can be like that in an expensive store. I won't visit this location again in my life.
I went there yesterday to get my bracelet repaired and the associate was very rude and did not have a lot of knowledge about the jewelry. She apparently was a "seasonal employee " . I was not impressed at all with this experience . Please get some help in this store!!
