Pandora Canada website does NOT ship from Canada. It ships from the US. However, customers are not warned of this when ordering online. I placed an order on May 2 and received an email advising that the item was shipping from Purolator International. That was how I found it the items are shipped from the USA. I am now waiting (in limbo) to find out if and when I will receive the items. So much for arriving for Mother's Day. I have spoken to 2 Customer Service agents who suggested I call Purolator.
