Kashish was providing us an excellent customer service today. She guided us through all the options, advised what best for us, she was very patient and friendly. Thanks to her we successfully found a perfect gift for my in-law. Even though it was very busy but the manager was attentive to us as well.

My husband had a bad experience here, and we still went back… Went in this morning excited to purchase something from the new pink diamond line. We walked in 4 employees were on the sales floor, and 1 customer. We didn’t get a hello, no one even looked up. I had a very bad experience with Pandora, especially when I tried to return a ring. The way I was treated was extremely rude and unprofessional. The staff member’s attitude was very unpleasant, and I did not feel respected or properly assisted at all. Honestly, after this experience, I have no desire to shop at this store again. I expected much better customer service and professionalism from Pandora.
