The staff is awful. I got a braclet as a gift and went to exchange it for a smaller size and they refused to and basically told me I was too large for a smaller size.... meanwhile the size I currently have falls to my hand opposed to being on my wrist.
Extremely rude manager named JESSICA was verbally abusive/ aggressive. Does not deserve a MANAGER or any job position for that matter. Shame on you Pandora.
Bad experience. Ordered something for pick up on the 15th of this month - it’s been a couple of days after since they were supposedly moving locations or something - anyways i cannot get a hold of them because their number is not working or ALWAYS busy. And by the time I received an email saying “Your Pick Up is Ready!” Which is on the 22nd - tried to pick it up 2 days after saying the order does NOT exist :/ and THEN they said it’s because it’s been 3 days.
