Had a great experience at this location of Pandora. My sales representative was Faria who was very patient and helpful. It was very hard for me to decide with a ring purchase and she helped me back to back 2 days. She was communicating well and suggesting me as per my preferences which is how i ended up making a great purchase.

I had the worst experience ever with Faria — she was the one who assisted us, but it was clear she didn’t care at all. My first question was whether I could buy just the clasp of the open bangle, and she said no. Then I asked if she could show me the open bangle, which I know is one of your bestsellers, and she said no again, claiming it’s no longer sold. I had doubts about that. I had an incredibly disappointing and upsetting experience at Pandora. I went in to exchange a ring I had just purchased because it didn’t fit. I brought it back well within the exchange window, with the receipt, and the ring was completely unworn — yet the manager, an older woman with long gray hair, refused to help me simply because I didn’t have the original box.
