In store experience was good. But I dont know whats the problem with their phone. It never gets connected. Either disconnected or says user busy all the time. I have been trying to contact them to verify my purchase so that I can go to near by store and exchange my faulty product. I could not escape this horrible traffic from Mississauga it seems. Keep your phone up. Pay the phone bill Asap.

Went here yesterday around 12pm. we came to this store when we saw it wasn't busy anymore ( after initially waiting 10 minutes then deciding to checkout other stores) . So now the store is basically empty, yet we still waited for 10 minutes before the sales associate that was free acknowledged we were there. My sister said she needed to check her ring size and I was looking to buy a ring that wasn't on the display shelves. ***UPDATE*** It has been nearly 3 months and Pandora has done nothing to rectify this error. How difficult is it to give back someone their points or to give a coupon worth the amount of points that I lost?? What a shame as I really did love this store. As I said, I will no longer purchase anything from Pandora nor will I receive any gifts from Pandora. Their customer service is non existent. Really horrible customer service. I targeted a ring online and went there yesterday evening to see the physical item and was hoping to try it. There were only 2 staff at the time I went in, the lady was already serving a group of customers and another guy just finished serving one after we walked around and browsed. Rude manager. An employee wasn’t able to help me so she called for her manager who gave me an attitude and was short with me. I was perfectly respectful and I didn’t ask anything unreasonable. This manager needs to learn to speak to customers politely, there’s always a nicer way to say something. After spending money at pandora for years I think the customer service needs a refresh.
