I genuinely want to understand what kind of customer service standards this location follows. I had such a wonderful experience with the engraving service here! It was my first time using it, and I had a fairly detailed drawing in mind, so everything felt new to me. The team was incredibly patient and attentive, giving me plenty of time, encouragement, and support. They showed genuine enthusiasm for my design, which made the experience feel even more special. I’m giving five stars specifically to Joseph, because he is the only person who has given me a genuinely positive experience at this Pandora location. I had bought necklace from this shop for the first time (thought it would be good and long lasting). After 2 month of wearing it, it's start to discolored and it's look so disgusting. Went to another Pandora's shop, they cleaned it just on surface and told to buy cleaning tool. I did bought it and used it too. Necklace didn't go to it originally color. Still look descent so I worn it but in two days it again start to discolor. Don't know what to do about?
