Really horrible customer service. I targeted a ring online and went there yesterday evening to see the physical item and was hoping to try it. There were only 2 staff at the time I went in, the lady was already serving a group of customers and another guy just finished serving one after we walked around and browsed. Rude manager. An employee wasn’t able to help me so she called for her manager who gave me an attitude and was short with me. I was perfectly respectful and I didn’t ask anything unreasonable. This manager needs to learn to speak to customers politely, there’s always a nicer way to say something. After spending money at pandora for years I think the customer service needs a refresh.
Best Customer Service I’ve ever received! Shout out Carole and Rochelle! Went in the store just to browse and look at the new Valentines and Bridgerton collection. They greeted me as soon as I entered the store. They were very helpful and patient when showing me the collections. I ended up instantly falling in love with a heart shaped glow in the dark charm and decided to buy it. Customer service was poor. I just asked a question on how much a necklace was gonna be and the Associate “Shawly” gave such attitude. It seemed they only pay more attention to you if they know that you are gonna spend more money. I got no attention when I was just asking questions, it truly felt like a buy something get out situation. Truly dissatisfied won’t be shopping at this location again
Went to the store but it was sold out so they assisted me to order online and told me it’s gonna take just few days. and after I waited almost three weeks they told me they lost my order and they just canceled my order. Messed up my Valentine’s gift for my bf.
