I was not impressed. Sales associate was not helpful. I took in a pandora charm hoping to have it repaired. She told me they don't do repairs and offered no solutions. It was the first time I have dealt with this store. I purchase all my Pandora products at Fiance Jewelers. The owner is always on site and is always willing to go the extra mile to serve her customers. I took my charm to Roula and it is being repaired.
Not bad
I had such an amazing experience at this store! The staff was incredibly helpful, empathetic to my situation, made me feel so beautiful while helping me decide on which piece was right for me. The store itself was very clean and inviting. I will recommend this store over and over again!
I went in today to hopefully get my ring switched out, after a terrible experience at the belleville store, Jasmine helped me and did above and beyond for me! she was incredibly helpful and couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
