The sales rep Abby helped me pick out a whole new set of rings. She was so lovely and helpful. I did not feel rushed at all and she was able to answer all my questions and gave great advice. Will definitely be going back! All the girls there are super friendly and welcoming.
The worker Abby (sales lead) helped me yesterday with cleaning my rings (which she did beautifully), and she was very welcoming and I had no issue with asking her many questions! Gurl named Baileigh, she was so helpful as i bought something last year online and had exchanged that charm in the store and paid the difference in the cash, they didn’t update that exchanged purchase to my account and i had lost the proof of payment, i told her today if she can check transaction record and she did find it within few seconds, she exchanged my charm as it was still in warranty!!
