Stopped by on my lunch to purchase a couple pieces which ended up being a few more, I dealt with Payne and had incredible service. Very personable, friendly and dealt with my indecisiveness. Showed me every piece I wanted to see and didn’t make me feel rushed! Super great experience.

Very good customer service, Used their warranty services with no problems at all.
A few months ago I came in and did not have the best experience. However, I decided to stop by to get my jewellery cleaned tonight and wow. The customer service was amazing. Terry was incredible and truly made the experience better than I could have imagined. I’d also like to thank Gray for being so sweet. I will be back no doubt.
