The dude working there is very unpleasant to deal with. He had attitude and was very unhelpful when I came there with concern about my Pandora bracelet that I ordered online. They should train their staff better at this location.
Candice was so super helpful during their Mother’s Day sale event! They walked me through the whole process and had gone above and beyond for my sister and I. So nice, will visit again! <3 Thanks again Candice!
I’ve spent approximately just shy of 1K at this location over the last year and often had very positive experiences with the sales staff. Helpful , and patient. Today, the store manager herself was rude, dismissive, and accusatory. I went into purchase a chain for my wife, and while they had one I would have otherwise purchased, her attitude the entire experience caused me to leave. I’ll be driving the 30 minutes to a different location. Respect your patrons, especially returning guests.
