Went to the store to let them know my ring is chipping they said it was wear and tear and I told them its only been less than 6 months and they told me they cant do anything about it. Two stores i went to told me it was chipping and wear and tear shouldn’t affect the ring this dramatically and they replaced it for me. Staff wasn’t helpful with any other options. Bad experience. I had a wonderful experience today. My necklace broke, and they repaired it quickly and honored the warranty without any hassle. Their customer service was kind, professional, and made the entire process easy. I truly appreciate the great service. I for sure will be returning because of this.
