I’ve spent approximately just shy of 1K at this location over the last year and often had very positive experiences with the sales staff. Helpful , and patient. Today, the store manager herself was rude, dismissive, and accusatory. I went into purchase a chain for my wife, and while they had one I would have otherwise purchased, her attitude the entire experience caused me to leave. I’ll be driving the 30 minutes to a different location. Respect your patrons, especially returning guests.

I was recently at this location, and I was extremely uncomfortable witnessing a scene where a Black woman with short hair, who appeared to be the manager was loudly yelling at another employee in front of customers. The situation created a very hostile and unprofessional environment, even for me as a customer. I felt so uneasy that I left the store as quickly as possible.
