I was recently at this location, and I was extremely uncomfortable witnessing a scene where a Black woman with short hair, who appeared to be the manager was loudly yelling at another employee in front of customers. The situation created a very hostile and unprofessional environment, even for me as a customer. I felt so uneasy that I left the store as quickly as possible. Very disappointed with Pandora. I am a long time customer (purchased silver bracelets, charms, earrings and rings). I recently purchased a gold plated ring that started to discolour after 2 months. This Pandora refused to exchange this product for me. Very disappointing that a $100 ring doesn't hold up to its quality. Beware of purchasing any gold plated items from Pandora as they refuse to exchange it after discolouration. Very cheap product !!
Everything is either out of stock or no sizes 🤷♀️
