Extremely frustrated and mad today , I waited patiently for a 1/2 hr while other customers were being helped , was looking at charms , looked up only to see one of the girls helping a customer who had just walked in , I went up to her , she looked at me and actually said “what ? you want a ring or something??” I had to walk out of the store defeated , felt judged and ignored , very rude staff you have working there
horrible experience today, i went to store to show them my discolouration of earrings and they told me we can’t do anything. i have to call customer service because i buy the product online, then i call customer service and they told pandora can do the cleaning of jewelry. but the girl who is senior didn’t tell me anything about that she totally ignored my concern and told me to call customer service.
This location has been extremely welcoming and helpful! fhaheema and Layla are always super kind,friendly,patient, and will help you with anything and will go with you’re budget. Everything is always spot on with those ladies
My Momma always loves the shit I get from here, and the prices are very reasonable, so I pulled up for Mother’s Day shopping. Faheemah, Jas and Layla were very helpful and they snapped on the packaging so it looks hella pretty. Thank you ladies! 🥂
