YARA gave me by far the absolute WORST experience ever. YARA was extremely unpleasant and unhelpful. She made assisting me pick up a charm today the absolutely worst experience I could have expected. Most of them are rude but there were 2 that were not..
23 Dec’ 25- Update: I called the number provided by Pandora, only to be greeted with a “technical difficulties” message. How reassuring. One scam layered neatly on top of another. At this point, the attempt to look concerned is almost impressive except the actual concern level appears to be zero. Truly outstanding service. The store associate that first assisted me was extremely unhelpful when looking for a specific item. She told me it was an online only item, even though it doesn’t specify that on their website. It also shows available stock in near by stores but the associate didn’t even bother to help me locate available items in nearby locations or offer to get them shipped into store or home delivery. Had wonderful experience today. Went in with a wish list, and a budget! Goal!! Two very personable young girls, made my shopping experience, enjoyable. Very informative and were very smooth with the up sell! Good energy. Easy for a man to go shopping! Thank you!
