Rude rude rude, have put off writing a review for awhile because I have also worked retail and understand that one employees attitude doesn’t represent everyone but over the past year I’ve learned that everyone at this location seems to hate customers. Very efficient and friendly place. They acknowledge you within a good time of walking in. Their selection is a reasonably nice and great looking pieces. To fit your budget.
My husband purchased a ring in July 2024 . A stone fell out of it last week. They wouldnt exchange it because out of warranty and said they had no jeweller they use to fix it. If you want a ring that they only honour the craftsmanship for one year. This is the store for you. I have spent thousands of dollars over the years with this company will not be doing so anymore.
