Bought a pair of earrings from here but they won’t take a return under 30 days. Never buy from this fraudulent store which does not follow their own return policies Lot of lies being thrown around by store representative as well claiming jewellary is worn as well. I wish I bought from the Swarovski store bang opposite
I like the product but the customer service on the lady Leslie is garbage. Like she has a problem doing her job. I'm the only customer in the store and she had a problem showing me product. No conversation we just stood in silence as she showed me jewelry with an attitude on her face. So unfortunate really, I made my purchase and left.
My wife saw an add for their charm bracelet. You buy a bracelet and then you can personalize with all sorts of different charms to make it your own. We decided it would make a great Mother’s Day gift. Within a week of owning the bracelet, we were on vacation and one of the charms had already broken free. The company doesn’t stand by their product. There is no warranty. They offer no help. Customer service shrugged their shoulders. Buyer beware!
