My boyfriend and I went to engrave and buy a charm bracelet and the process went very smoothly! Luma was very nice and helpful.
I recently went to pandora during what seems to be one of their busiest time, and though it was overwhelming from all who were there Christmas shopping, the girls working were SO kind and helpful!! I wasn’t sure what I wanted but they made sure to guide me as I described my preferences and were extremely patient. Thank you to all the ladies who helped!!

Yesterday Graziely was so rude I was very tempted to ask for another sales lady to help me, however it seemed too busy and I already waited for fifteen minutes, so I just took my 2 items and left. Went to the Natick Mass store at Christmas time. Was not real busy. Asked them to clean my bracelet and was told they don’t do that anymore. That’s terrible. Never heard of a jewelry store that does not offer to clean jewelry bought from them. Was told I could purchase a cleaning kit at 50% off if I signed up for their emails and spend at least $50. went in to get an engraved charm for a christmas gift and that Graziely girl was sooo unwelcoming!!! very rude demeanor, didn’t talk to us or help us at all. Slammed the charm book on the counter as if it was a bother to help us find what we wanted. When we went to the engraving station it’s almost like she expected us to know what we were doing, handed me the pen and blank stared at us.
