I visit Pandora locations in every city/airport when I can and if it exists. CLT Pandora made me feel uncomfortable. I'm pretty sure that employees can allow customers to view charm trays above the glass, one tray at a time. The employee working today did not. I didn't get her name but I didn't like my experience or the way she made me feel. I visited another Pandora store in a different airport the same morning and they certainly didn't make me feel this way. I’ve been to many Pandora locations, and this was by far my worst experience. The two female employees working there showed zero customer service skills, no personality, and made it very clear they would rather be anywhere else. From the moment we walked in, we felt like an inconvenience rather than customers. The store had almost no inventory, which resulted in one of the employees awkwardly pulling items from display cases.
