I fly out a few times a year for work. Most of the time, I stop at Pandora. I have 30 charms and 2 bracelets. I asked a sales associate would she clean my bracelets? She showed me the cleaner. I told her, that stuff doesn’t work at all. She agreed and told me just use dawn dish detergent. Anytime I have my jewelry cleaned, I buy a couple. Since she declined to clean it, I kept my money. I was the only customer in the store. Customer service goes a long way
Nalani I believe is her name. Young brown skin lady with piercings and cute nails. I think she wore an adidas fit. She’s very sweet and was very patient with me. Had a hard time choosing something for my mom before my flight came and she gave her opinions on a lot of jewelry… I hope she sees this review. She’s awesome. This was Wed April 2.
