Honestly surprised by the reviews at this location! I went in today to get an engraved necklace and I had the best customer service provided by Sahar! She was super friendly and helped me out with my gift! thank you!!
Staff was very helpful. We needed a birthday present, we weren't sure what we were looking for. The lady who helped us was great. We got an engraved necklace. Very happy.
Useless staff /: poor time management, could not barely help with a simple exchange. Ended up going to a different location to save time! Update went back into just buy the same ring and the store manger verbally said “why are they back”.
