I purchased an engraved bracelet for my wife for our anniversary. While waiting for the engraving I noticed a beautiful white gold and diamond bracelet that was 5x the price. I thought why not. I asked the associate (Youmna) if this would be refundable as my wife doesn’t wear a lot of jewelry. I was told that the engraved one was final sale for obvious reasons. Terrible customer service. If something breaks, they tell you that it’s your fault. Never shopping here again. Pandora should stand by their products and train their sales reps better.
Update: I contacted head office as requested and dealt with them on this issue and they were very helpful and accomodating. Thank you Pandora. I have my faith back on Pandora jewelry. I just will not go to this store with any issues again. I will go direct to head office. Took a charm that was stuck on my bangle bracelet into this location. I came into Pandora looking for a snake bracelet. The person who assisted me, her name was Anna. She was the sweetest and very kind. She showed me many options in my price point, never rushing me once. She took her time helping me. She also went above and beyond, showing me a very nice bracelet with charms included for a great price. If you come here, Anna is the girl to go too - she will go above and beyond to meet ur needs!
