I went in today looking for a marvel themed charm bracelet. I got helped by Sahar, whose customer service was unmatched. Not only did she help me find the perfect bracelet and charms, but I felt welcome, relaxed and reassured the entire time. One of the sweetest people, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
I just went in there to get a charm for my manager’s birthday tomorrow, and the lady who helped us was really rude. I told her what I wanted, but then my husband changed his mind and wanted to see other options, so we asked her for suggestions. She just replied, “I’m not sure, I don’t know your manager.” Then, as we were looking for more charms, she said, “Just keep in mind we are closing at 9,” even though it was only 8:08 when she said that.
