I purchased an engraved bracelet for my wife for our anniversary. While waiting for the engraving I noticed a beautiful white gold and diamond bracelet that was 5x the price. I thought why not. I asked the associate (Youmna) if this would be refundable as my wife doesn’t wear a lot of jewelry. I was told that the engraved one was final sale for obvious reasons.
