The charm store has completely lost its charm. Yesterday, I stood in this store for over ten minutes waiting for assistance. I intended to purchase a necklace and several charms for my bracelet, but instead I was greeted by an exceptionally rude attendant who, the moment she realized I was ‘only’ buying a necklace, dismissed me in favour of other customers. Not sure how to correctly spell her name but either Noel or Noelle was so wonderful! she made my birthday extra special by being so patient while I wanted to try on a few rings as well as help me search online for items. Her patience and kindness were very appreciated. Thank you Noelle ❤️❤️
