Elise is great! My girlfriend doesn't like any too flashy jewelry. Elise showed me a ring that has very little stones. She mentioned the benefits of Pandora Cares. It is nice that Pandora offers that to protect their jewelry longer for a small extra cost. My girlfriend loved the ring! We can not wait to go back and see Elise.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Pandora store in Ross Park Mall. I purchased a ring only three days earlier because it was slightly too big, so I came in hoping to exchange it for the correct size. From the moment my friend and I walked in, we weren’t greeted, even though other customers who entered after us were welcomed warmly. It made us feel ignored. Love the products and the customer service! Ashley and Ida are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They do a great job explaining promotions and are always willing to check online or other store locations if an item isn’t available. Their excellent service keeps me coming back.
