Purchased a charm to be engraved with message. The pen was not working correctly, blunt, very hard to write. The assistant was not very helpful. At the end when she was adding updated info to my account she asked my birthday. I told her it was today August 1st. Her response was “if you had come in a couple of days ago and updated your account you would have got a 10% discount”. Why did she take the time, one would have thought if it was your birthday you would be eligible. Not great customer service.

i bought a ring today and was helped by anru. she was very professional, knowledgeable and sweet. Had a great experience
