Had a terribly poor experience here today (September 21st, 2025). My wife and daughter stopped in at the store to pick up a birthday gift for my mother in law, their interaction was alright however as they were ringing through their item they asked about the Status Card tax exemption (which has been accepted in the past as we have purchased MANY items from this store), and were met with a very rude response. I visited mic mac mall recently & the lady there helped me put together really beautiful gift to my wife. Me & my wife had delt with her before as well & she just does an excellent job.
