Lied to meeeeeeee told me they could do an exchange from authorized pandora dealer (mind you I called prior to going back up their to check) was told no once I arrived bc it was a .net and not a .com eor vice versa even tho it was legit and I had my receipts. broke my daughters heart. Tried to resell me the same damn charm too after lol I’m good. Will never darken their door again.

My boyfriend bought me a promise ring in August of last year and then started changing the color of my finger. We went into the store together this evening and spoke with the Manager, Jessica who was very sweet and was able to provide us with a new upgrade that I don’t have this issue with. All the thanks to Jessica, I will now be able to truly enjoy my ring again.

I purchased from the store online and mailed back a return. I didn’t hear any updates so I reached out to Pandora customer service. Turns out they fully received my return a few weeks prior but never told me it was received and never issued a refund. I had to email them and fill out a form to request the refund even though I did everything correctly to begin with in the first place. We recently purchased a lab-grown diamond ring from this Pandora location as a gift, and when we returned to inquire about resizing or returns, we had a frustrating interaction with a store associate named Cydnee. Her approach to handling our questions was unhelpful and unwelcoming. She was passive, negative, and suggested we contact the manufacturer directly for assistance, which felt dismissive.
