I purchased from the store online and mailed back a return. I didn’t hear any updates so I reached out to Pandora customer service. Turns out they fully received my return a few weeks prior but never told me it was received and never issued a refund. We recently purchased a lab-grown diamond ring from this Pandora location as a gift, and when we returned to inquire about resizing or returns, we had a frustrating interaction with a store associate named Cydnee. Her approach to handling our questions was unhelpful and unwelcoming. She was passive, negative, and suggested we contact the manufacturer directly for assistance, which felt dismissive. There are so many cute rings that pandora has, but unfortunately majority of them only go up to a size 9. I wish pandora would make bigger ring sizes for those who need it. Because of this, I cannot purchase any rings from pandora that I like.

I never leave reviews anywhere, but I can't forget the service at this store. I've been there with my husband twice and both times we went in we had the feeling that we weren't welcome there. I also worked in a sales store and we as employees must treat the customer in the best possible way and make them want to come back to the store again and not the other way around. I like Pandora but I hope these employees improve and start treating every customer who enters this store well, without exception!
