Went in with my fiancé and looked at some gorgeous rings ... I was very happy with how helpful they were and how safe and clean it is .. 💕
We came to Vegas during the pandamic and unfortunately all Pandora stores were closed besides this one. Every new place traveled I must get a charm, so i would have been disappointed to leave Vegas without one. The staff was Amazing!! Very sweet and knowledgeable, she even deep cleaned my tarnished jewelry ❤ Thank you ladies -Cincinnati, Ohio

The staff at this outlet is rude and terrible, offering poor customer service. PANDORA, being an established brand worldwide, I am beyond disappointed at the services rendered to me at the Venetian. I got served by Veronica, not only was she not helpful and she had served me with an condescending tone. With so many options to offer, I expect Pandora Specialist to be more helpful and welcoming when it comes to trying and exploring the wide variety of charms.
