Scheduled an appointment to see this Doctor for the first time, I was never told that I would be seeing a Nurse instead. Never saw the Doctor , the nurse wanted to perform a medical procedure, could not explain what was going on with me, when I went to the rest room, instead of paper towels they had a regular towel for you to use. I was so turned off by all of this I decided to leave. I thank God I did not allow the nurse to do the procedure on me. Very unprofessional.
By far, the friendliest and most professional medical office I have visited. Richard was courteous and attentive to all my questions via phone and in person. My nurse Vanessa was a sweetheart. She was the sweetest nurse that I have come across in a long time. Trust me, I have had my share of negative experiences with condescending, rude, and unprofessional doctors and staff. This visit was definitely a positive one all around. I appreciate that the doctor and staff made it a great visit.

Dr. Pando was very professional and thorough during my visit to his office. He explained everything in detail and was patient with my questions. His staff works very well and were able to schedule my procedure with no problems. There's a registered nurse on his staff which made me feel very comfortable and confident being able to ask medical questions as a female. I recommend this medical office to anyone who needs an experienced gynecologist.
Amazing Doctor!and extremely caring/understanding staff. I brought my mother to Dr Pando for a medical problem she's been having for the past 3 years, we had gone to two different doctors with no results, on the first visit he identified her problem, the surgery was booked and done with ease, now her problem has finally been resolved. We feel very grateful and blessed to have found this office. By the way he's now my GYN and would not change him for anything. Thank you Dr. Pando and staff : )
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Pando and his incredibly professional staff. It was my first time at a GYN office but I felt completely at ease. Wait time was minimal. The office was tidy, clean and pleasant. Dr. Pando took his time listening to my concerns and ensuring I understood his suggested advice. The nurse was so kind and gave me more informational booklets to help me with my decision. I will be recommending him to all my friends!
