Dr. Pando is a gem! He is an excellent gynecologist, a great human being, compassionate, and always willing to help his patients! Attentive and thoughtful. His appointments are personal and not rushed. Dr. Pando makes you feel as though you are his only patient. Excellent at what he does. Very reliable and genuine doctor. All around an exceptional professional who cares about the patient. I' m forever grateful!

I will not recommend this doctor's office to anyone. Needless to say, I will not return. They are billing me for a blood work that I never got done. I have been going back and forth and they promise they will take care of it and I am still battling with them. I had called the lab and advised not to put this charge through to my insurance company yet the office manager, Richard from Pando's office went ahead and gave the lab my insurance information when he well knew that I did not get any blood work done. I have visited the doctor's office for several years and really every time I go to your clinic I experience the same feeling of tranquility and peace the environment is super nice and the friendly and patient girls the doctor is super friendly and answers all questions with love and patience is a doctor who understands the patient and feels compassion for it. I would really like to thank the staff of this office but especially Dr. Jorge Pando!

Literally the worst experience ever. My appointment was originally for 8 am, and they called me a couple days before saying that the doctor would not be in the office so they had to change it to 1:30 pm. The day of, I walked inside and was explaining to the person at the front about my appointment, he didn't even let me finish talking and cut me off mid sentence and told me to go and sign up and wait in the room next door. My appointment was at 1:30 pm, didn't get acknowledged till about 1:45 p
This office has its positives and negatives. First, there are two doctors at this practice. Dr. Pando only sees patients in the afternoon. The other male doctor is friendly but he is not professional as Dr. Pando. It is difficult to contact the office due to their strange schedule. The staff members are civil but there is one lady who attends the window that has an attitude and is impatient. Communication needs to improve drastically. They do not follow up with patients regarding anything.
