I’ve been coming here for years. The food is consistent as is the service. I recommend phoning ahead for take out. I love sitting by the window.
Slow delivery. Website said 45 minutes, food showed up an hour and a half later and was cold.
Poor Customer Service. They screwed up my pick up order, promised to credit the next time I order, but tell me to spend more money to receive the credit for the order they screwed up in the first place.
They serve my favorite hot and sour soup and Kung Pao chicken.
Usually wonderful conscientious service and great food. But my waiter this time was a white guy with a shaved head. I asked 3 times for a lemon wedge before getting it. Two other parties arrived long after me but had finished their soup and got their meal while I spent 20 minutes trying to get my waiter's attention. I was completely ignored. I called the manager later to express my disappointment and he suggested that this waiter was slow and I should choose a different one next time. That's it. So sorry, nothing more.
